Colin McNaughton goes from strength to strength with such great releases as Potty Poo Poo Wee Wee and now We're Off to Look for Aliens, my sons new favorite book.
This book contains two books in one. The Father is an author and receives his new book who then hands it over to his son to read. From there continues the second book, which is a great space rhyming adventure including some great aliens.
The illustrations are excellent, the aliens are varied and creative which will appeal to most Toddlers.
All in all a fun book to read for adults and kids.
Since the publication of his first title in 1976, Colin McNaughton has produced over 70 books, many of which he has both written and illustrated including Have you seen who's just moved in Next Door to Us?, winner of the Kurt Maschler Award, Jolly Roger, winner of a British Book Award, and Captain Abdul's Little Treasure. As well as storybooks Colin is renowned as a humorous poet and is now recognized as one of Britain's leading illustrators and authors. The greatest influences on his work are the comics, comic annuals and Saturday morning cinema serials of his childhood. Colin is married with two sons and lives in London.
